BSL:UPTAKE launch event, 9th October 2009

Message from Bob Duncan at the BSL:UPTAKE project:

We have a limited number of places left at the launch of BSL:UPTAKE at Heriot-Watt on Friday 9 October. Some members of EdSign will already be attending, but as I don't know most of them, I wonder if you could forward this and if any of the others feel this is highly relevant to their work or career plans and would like to attend, maybe they could contact me and let me know why they would like to attend. I will respond and let them know if we can find them a place.

Further information and contact details are on the invitation below.

Getting to Heriot-Watt University

We use the Business Executive Centre for our seminars at Heriot-Watt. It's not far from the main reception (just past the Edinburgh Business School) and is marked as number 14 on the campus map. Please ask at the main reception if you need any help finding us!

Campus map

Heriot-Watt's Edinburgh Campus is located at Riccarton, approximately six miles west of Edinburgh city centre. It is easily accessible by car.

Road map

Alternatively, Lothian buses 25, 34 and 45 will all bring you directly to the campus. When you are coming to our evening seminars, the best option is the X25 express service, which offers much shorter journey times. Check timetables on the Lothian Buses website.

Further travel information is available at http://www.hw.ac.uk/welcome/directions.htm.
